What It Is

The Playbook is a 3-4-week consultation that culminates in the creation of a marketing action plan designed around your needs and budget. Our team of retail & shopper marketing specialists help you to fine-tune a customer engagement strategy that drives growth online, in-store, and within the community.

The end result is a clear marketing road map you can use internally or outsource as needed. 

How It Works

Establish a Framework

We start with a brief exploratory call so we can get a pulse on your business and the goals you want to accomplish. Then we’ll outline our recommendations in a one-page proposal that provides a loose framework for your Playbook.

At this point, your team will have the opportunity to review the proposal and determine if it’s a good fit before we pursue the next part of the process. 

Fine Tune the Approach

With an approved, finalized proposal on-hand, we then reconnect for a 1-2-hour shopper marketing workshop. We provide an agenda to help iron out specifics, including elements such as:

  • Target retailers / markets / customers
  • Timelines
  • Roles & responsibilities
  • Creative direction
  • Budget
Create the Playbook

Over the next few weeks our team will build out a strategy guide (aka your action plan) that will get your business from point A to point B and accomplish the goals you’re seeking. We’ll document everything in your marketing Playbook.

Finalize and Outline Next Steps

On a follow-up call, we’ll walk you through the Playbook, answer questions, make adjustments as necessary, and determine next steps.

Our Playbook consultation starts at $3,000. Today’s retail is complex, competitive, and in constant flux. It’s far too easy to waste time and money without the right plan in place. What You Can Expect

How much does this cost? 

The program starts at $3,000 and varies on the scope and complexity of the project (i.e. single-market vs. multi-market campaign). We’ll talk you through the process, set expectations, and make sure you’re comfortable before moving forward. 

Do you offer a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

We want you to feel 100% comfortable discussing all aspects of your business with us. Although not a requirement, we do offer an NDA if that makes the process easier.
